At JungleSocks, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you need to return a product, please note that the cost associated with returning the product will be your responsibility.

Do not worry, once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it is in its original condition and undamaged. After this, we will refund the full purchase price.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in the return process. In this case, we will assume the return shipping cost and provide you with a full refund.

If the customer is not available for delivery and the package is returned, shipping and return costs will be at their expense.

For any of the above cases, the return period is 7 days from the day of receiving your order.
