The correct size of running socks corresponds to your usual shoe size. At JungleSocks, we offer three sizes: 35/38, 39/42, and 43/46. If you are between two numbers, choose the smaller one: a slightly snug sock prevents wrinkles and blisters, while one that is too big creates folds that rub inside the shoe. The elastic fabric adapts to your foot without compressing.

Yes. Our running socks are designed for any distance, from a 5K to a full marathon. The combination of flat-lock seamless fabric, reinforcements in the heel, toe, and metatarsal, and anatomical elastic band prevents the two main causes of problems on long runs: chafing and sock displacement inside the shoe. Many of our customers use them in half marathons and marathons without noticing fatigue or blisters.

Yes, they are specifically designed to prevent blisters. The difference with a regular sports sock lies in three points: continuous one-piece fabric without traditional seams, technical fibers (70% polyamide and 30% elastane) that wick away moisture instead of retaining it, and elastic bands that secure the sock to the foot, eliminating friction. Regular cotton socks retain sweat and move inside the shoe, which is exactly what causes chafing.

They are suitable for both. Our running socks are made with high-performance technical fibers that maintain their durability on both asphalt and mountain terrain. The reinforcements in impact areas and the antibacterial fabric work just as well on track, road, or trail. If your main use is technical long-distance trail, the crew length better protects your ankle from chafing against stones and vegetation than a no-show sock.

Our socks are unisex. The sizing (35/38, 39/42, 43/46) fits both men's and women's feet, and the elastic fabric adapts to the anatomy of each foot. The designs are made for any runner to use without distinction: we have models with brighter palettes, others more subdued, and themed options like Rocket Girl, Run Fast, Sushi Team, or Magic Run.

It depends on your use. Ankle socks work well for short workouts and quick runs on asphalt. Crew socks are the most versatile option: they protect against the rubbing of the shoe tongue, prevent stones or dirt from entering on trails, and provide more support at the ankle. High or compression socks make sense for marathons, ultra-distances, or recovery. Incorporating light compression, not medical compression. The anatomical elastic bands in the arch and instep provide support and improve circulation without limiting movement or creating the tight feeling of a sports compression sock. This light compression is what many runners prefer for daily training and races up to a marathon, where strong compression can be uncomfortable.

Wash the socks in cold water and, to keep the color like new, turn them inside out and dry them away from direct sunlight. Do not iron them. They withstand frequent washes without losing fit, breathability, or color intensity, thanks to the quality of the technical fibers. With intensive use of several workouts per week, ours maintain their performance for hundreds of washes.
